TERMS AND AGREEMENT

FOR LION HEART SPORTS CLUB BASKETBALL TRAINING SERVICES

By signing up for or participating in any Lion Heart Sports Club basketball training sessions, programs, or events, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

​

Participation at Your Own Risk

​

I understand and acknowledge that participation in basketball training involves physical activity, which may include strenuous exercises, drills, and games. I recognize the inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Sprains, strains, and other minor injuries

• Serious injuries, including fractures or concussions

• Any injury arising from accidents or unforeseen circumstances I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Lion Heart Sports Club training sessions and release Lion Heart Sports Club, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Clearance

​

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in basketball training and that I have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent my safe participation. If I have any concerns, I will consult a medical professional before participating.

 

USE OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

​

Consent to Media Use

​

I hereby grant Lion Heart Sports Club the right to capture, use, and publish photos, videos, and other media of me or my child taken during training sessions, games, or events for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media platforms

• Website content

• Advertisements and promotional materials

I understand that these images and videos may be used without further notification or compensation and waive any claims regarding their use.

Opt-Out Option

 

If I do not consent to the use of my photos or videos, I will notify Lion Heart Sports Club in writing prior to participating in any session or event.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Payment Terms

​

All payments for sessions, memberships, or gear purchases must be made in full prior to participation. Lion Heart Sports Club reserves the right to deny access to services if payment is not received.

 

REFUND POLICY

​

No refunds will be issued for missed or unused sessions, unless canceled by Lion Heart Sports Club. Session credits purchased in bulk must be used within their validity period and are non-transferable.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

​

Respectful Behavior

​

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow athletes. Lion Heart Sports Club reserves the right to deny participation to anyone exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

​

Compliance with Rules

​

Participants agree to follow all training guidelines, safety protocols, and instructions provided by Lion Heart Sports Club staff to ensure a safe and productive environment for everyone.

 

MEMBERS ACCESS PORTAL

​

Members are provided login access to manage session bookings, view credits, and update account information. Members are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring the accuracy of their account details.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

​

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lion Heart Sports Club, its coaches, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation in basketball training sessions or use of Lion Heart Sports Club facilities, including third-party claims.

 

PARENTAL CONSENT (FOR MINORS)

​

If the participant is under 18 years old, I, as their parent or legal guardian, agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement on their behalf.

 

GOVERNING LAW

​

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Virginia].

​

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

​

By signing below or participating in any Lion Heart Sports Club training session, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. I understand that this waiver is binding and applies to all future participation in Lion Heart Sports Club activities.
